Last December 03, the vibrant spirit of Christmas filled the air as the Philippine Centre Canada (PCC) held its annual Christmas Party. The event was attended by esteemed members of the PCC Board, dedicated volunteers, hardworking staff, and enthusiastic members from the Filipino-Canadian community.
