He was a Member of Advisory Committee of the Algonquin College – Computer Technology Program, and Board Member of Pinecrest – Queensway Community Health Centre. He is a founding director of Filipino Canadian National Congress.

He is an Information Technology professional with more than 30 years of work experience across industries such as: technology, banking, logistics, business process operations and higher education. He specializes in digital transformation and information technology infrastructure management. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of San Carlos, and Master of Engineering in Technology Innovation Management from Carleton University. He currently works as a Network Services Manager at Carleton University.

He is one of the first members of DiverseCity onBoard program and has been promoting and supporting diversity in leadership for many years. He mentored immigrants in search of first job through Ottawa Community Immigrant Services Organization. He is an entrepreneur and founder of Impiric Digital Solutions.

He migrated to Canada in 2004 with his family and settled in Ottawa. He rejoined PCC as member of board of directors to contribute his skills and experience in support of the organization's mission. He envision PCC will continue to grow and be a model organization in the Filipino Canadian communities across the country. He live and breathe Rotary's motto "Service Above Self".
