The Canadian Red Cross approved the PCC’s request for time and fund extension of this project to be able to serve more Filipino-Canadian families in the Ottawa and Gatineau regions who are adversely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.  During the first round of support from September to December 2020, five hundred forty (540) families received food and care (sanitizers, soap, face mask, etc.) packages.  In the second round, PCC aims to serve about three hundred (300) more families.  The intake of recipients for this second round is now closed. Online fun activities are scheduled for later in February 2020
