Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020, and the ever-changing restrictions, the PCC Board of Directors quickly adapted to the challenges and shifted to hold its monthly and executive committee meetings online. Flexibility and persistence have allowed PCC to continue executing its initiatives such as the Seniors, Caregivers and Frontiners Care Support Program and Filipino-Canadian Youth Resilience Project. Both projects are being supported by the Canadian Red Cross through the Employment and Social Development Canada’s Emergency Community Support Fund.
