Angelica is one of our frontliners who works in a nursing home in Ottawa.

Angelica is a single mother whose two children are studying in university. An outbreak in her workplace meant that she was not able to come back to work for months due to associated health risk factors. According to her, our Salamat box food package will be very helpful during these times where financial stability is a challenge.

Philippine Centre Canada is committed to reaching out to more Filipino-Canadians like Angelica in times of need. Thank you to our volunteers Nel and Chris for helping another “kababayan.”
